I think that's a good deal. I paid over $550 for my Hunter last year. Absolutely love it. Mine likes 4350 with 100 BTs and 110 ABs.

Wingnut - I've got 1 1/2 pounds of the stuff. I thought I'd experiment with it and get it used up.

I've tried RL22 and 4831 in my browning but I keep coming to 4350 for 100 BTs, 110 AB, and 115 PT. I'm going to try 4831 with a bunch of lighter bullets for some late season varmint blasting.

For .45 ACP I still use the tumbler. For all my rifle brass, I've switched to ultrasonic. Brass comes out super clean.

The factory second AB's (.257 110 gr) I bought from the pro shop had cannelures whereas the "normal" bullets do not. The whitetail doe I shot with them didn't seem to notice any difference. Hopefully the 7MM AB's I bought will perform the same.

Here in Kentucky, we can basically use anything as long as it's loaded from the muzzle. If Nosler can make an AB that expands at the velocities I'm shooting, bring it on! I'm looking for something new to shoot anyway.

If you're talking about the NEF/HR Handi-Rifle, then my friend and his son each have one in .270. They both shoot under an inch with Remington factory loads. If you're talking about short rifles, my son's Ruger compact.243 shoots .75 or less (him shooting!) 100 gt PT's and Speer 100's.

I use the same load (245 PB's and 2 x 50 grain 777 pellets) in my Genesis and it shoots 5-6" goups at 100 yds, open sights, offhand, and aging eyes. I tried 150 grains (3 pellets) and they were all over the place, couldn't keep them on a paper plate at 100 yds. Looking at the way the "skirt"...

I used the 110 AB in my 25-06 a week ago on a wt doe uphill at 100 yards. Bang/flop. Loaded with 47 gr of 4350. Hope you have similar results.

Powerstroke, thanks for checking but we settled on a Tikka. Couldn't find a 700 locally that had the new trigger to even play with, much less one in 7-08.
