Well it was a rough outing on the collection course went 1 of 4 and used 27 jugs. Didn't catch the 45-70 of a friends or my 210PT or 225AB. Didn't take my time on alignment I guess. But I did catch a 225PT found in the 6th and dimpled the 7th. Expanded to .710" and retained 183.6 gr. was chronied 15 ft from the muzzle at 2754.

Was it a .338 Win mag?

I'd say that tremendous expanded diameter, along with penetrating into the 6th (almost 7th) jug is very impressive. That's going to result in a LOT of tissue destruction, and I'd think a real quick kill if well placed.

Cool. Looks suspiciously like a lot of other recovered PARTITIONS we've posted here. I think Nosler may be on to something... :grin:

Very nice Jake. Great test buddy. That bullet looks like it has alot of shank to penetrate. Might move to the 225's next year. Wanna get a few kills in with the 210 PTs!
