Low 30mm ring options

In the process of setting up a 7600 Police in 308 for a few pigs off crops.

I have a Vortex Viper PST 1-4 (capped) on the way & would like to mount it as low as is possible. Using an EGW heavy duty rail.

What are my ring options? Are the Vortex Hunter rings any good?

Most readily available rings in Australia put the scope centre 0.84" above the rail.

I should say the Viper isn't on the way just yet, however that's the current #1 option.

I have talley one piece lows on my heavy barreled gun with vortex viper 30mm tube and 44 objective

I have TPS lows on my varmit rifle with a Picatinny base. They are about $75. in 7075-T6 or steel.

TPS also has super low rings...that's what I had on my model 70 with the Vortex Viper HS scope.

I checked them out - they look to be what I'm after.

Now to see if anyone will send to Australia.
