Sharing Yellowstone in case some have not been there before.

Absolutly great pics. My wife and I got to see and here a Bull Elk bugle out side of Watkins Glen Ny this fall at a private game preserve. Who would have thought of all places in Ny State.

I am ashamed to admit I have never been there.
And you may be the closest one to the park!

We visited again when in WY in mid October on our antelope/deer hunt. The antelope hunt only took 1 of the allotted 2 days, so we took the long way from Buffalo to Lander by way of Yellowstone. This time we drove the Chief Joseph parkway, and I would highly recommend that for scenery.

The animal count was a bit down, but given that it was mid day when driving through I shouldn't be surprised. It was definitely worth spending a few extra hours in the truck to visit once again.

The Northwest is still something I haven´t yet seen. Many thanks for sharing some very pretty landscapes from Wyo. The Northwestern USA represent the true "American west". Montana and Wyoming is for me still something I must experience.
