Thawing

The last of our whitetail tenderloin & backstraps now. For dinner tonight. My oldest son is home and wanted a good steak meal tonight. Good about the dinner, sad that we have no more deer steaks in the freezer.

Must go get more! :grin:

We do have a lot of venison burger and somehow an antelope roast managed to avoid being cooked. There's also still some bear brats & pepperoni. But doggone, the wild game dept in the freezer is looking a little under-stocked!

Yup! It's that time of year. Time to restock. Good luck on that, Guy.

Same here Guy. A few packages left of elk and deer and a bunch of burger left. Time to fill the freezer again. Need to get the garage and coolers cleaned up as well.

Yes here too we have the biggest meat supermarket in the country :mrgreen: less than a month and I start the extended shopping trip !
