New 300 Win mag loads

I got to test a couple loads in my 300 win mag this week. I also tried one a couple weeks ago that didn't work out, which was RL25 and 180 grand slams. The speed for the max load averaged 3050 fps but was not consistent and the groups were not acceptable. Earlier this week I tried H4831 with win nickle cases and 180gr Gamekings. At 74gr I was getting 2900fps with decent groups. Today I tried H4350 with new federal cases and 165gr Nosler partitions and that combo gave me the best results so far. At 73gr I was getting groups under an inch and at 3200fps. I think that will be my load for this fall.

Sounds like a good load. Reshoot it to verify the accuracy. I've had excellent results, as have others, with 75.0 grs RL22 and a 180 gr BT or PT. Accuracy is well under MOA.

If the accuracy is there, that is more than sufficient to tag out on game this year. As JD338 states, shoot the load again to verify accuracy and fill your tag.

Sounds like a great load to me, you got speed and accuracy.

Rl22 and 165s gameking hpbt
Is giving me 3400 fps at .3gn over max and .701 three shot group @100. . I am longer that book length and .020 off L&G ... rl25 and the 180s about the same as you avg of 3075 with a .085 in group at 100

Yep, I would use that load for everything from deer to mountain grizzly and moose. Sounds like you are almost there to having a great load.
