Girlfriend's new coyote rifle

I recently bought my girlfriend a rifle off of snipershide for her to shoot coyotes with and shoot a match if she wants.

True remington 700
Broughton 1-8 m 40 contour
McMillan A5 with saddle cheek
Spuhr mount
Schmidt and bender 5-25×56 pm II
TAB sling

Sounds as if it is a well-thought out rifle for her. It will definitely put the hurt on yodel dogs. What bullet will you be loading?

Should work well mike, I will be using the 105 berger hybrid. This should operate around 3200-3250ish. She drew an antelope tag so I guess I justified the purchase that way. I guess if she doesn't like it I can find a use for it??? Ha. I will get some photos up soon.

Gorgeous rifle. The 6mm really intrigues me. Flat shooting and almost no recoil. Them 'yotes are in for it!

Nice looking rig Jeff, those yotes have to know you guys are plotting up on them so it's great that she will be able to reach out and touch them ! How heavy is it? Good luck on the speed goat as they are elusive once they bust ya!

Both of those rifles look like they are all business ! I believe they both will reach out and touch something at quite a distance :wink:. I will be looking forward to a range reports and the up coming winter coyote hunts , sure hope there are photos with those reports..

Thanks guys, as far as weight, heavy. I didn't draw a tag for antelope but she did, go figure. Maybe I will put a coyote tally in the hunting column if your interested, good crop of them this year. I figured out how to post pics so that will help. I will let you know how it shoots, if it doesn't shoot well, it will be in the for sale section, ha.
