    EuroOptics

eurooptics are good to deal with . I've bought a fair amount from them . their prices , and service are good . they are kind of convenient for me . where they are located now is about 20 minutes away from my sons house . the previous location was about 10 minutes away from him .

    Seeking Digital Scale Recommendations

I bought an A&D fx120i scale a while ago . it is a really nice scale , not cheap , but nice .it weighs to the kernel of powder . there are a few things that can be purchased along with this scale , that make it an automatic powder measure .I don't have any of the addon's , just the scale ...

    NOSLER FACTORY BLEMS

I'm another blem shooter . from what I've seen a lot of the blems are overruns . Nosler could have had an order for an accubond with a different color plastic tip , red comes to mind . if Nosler makes too many of these red tip bullets they get sold as blems . another thing I see is , if the...

7mm Rem Mag 160 grain Accubond load

velocity from virgin brass is usually slower than after the brass has been fired and sized to your chamber . it's hard to say how much difference there is . all you can do is use the same load in your fired brass and check the velocity . if you're pushing the pressure , you will shorten the...

    260 Remington

sorry , I can't answer this question for you . my quickload program does not have Ramshot Grand listed . maybe an email , or phone call , to Ramshot would get you an answer . that dang RL26 was like magic for giving velocity . if it ever becomes available you could buy a pound and give...

    260 Remington

I did a lot of work with a 260 . I have posted up a bunch of load data , but it's scattered through these threads . maybe something I have listed will help you in the future . I think I pretty much used , RL26 , and RL17 powders . I used H4895 for the reduced loads ...

    260 Remington

Alliant RL26 , 50.4 grains , 3005 FPS . the case fill , at max load , is a little high at 107.9% . if you used a drop tube powder funnel , I doubt you would have any issues . the big problem with this powder is finding it .

    260 Remington

I don't have the " game changer " bullet listed . I do have a " tipped game king " that should get info close enough to keep you out of trouble . 6.5 staball gives a good case fill . it's down on velocity by about 200 FPS , compared to the top powders . I'd say it's worth a try , since...

    165gr vs 180gr Partition

I'm guessing you should be able to find both of these bullets in the bullet test section . the guys usually have pictures ,retained weight , amount of penetration , and expanded diameter . from my experience the partition behaves like a partition, regardless of the weight . if you are...

yes , you're reading that right . this was a last day kill . we didn't have time to get it to the processor . the guides quartered it up . after they had it quartered and in the cooler , one of them brought that bullet in . he said it was in the near front leg , and never made it to the...

    30.06 , 180 grain PSP

this bullet was recovered in the on side , front leg , of a moose . this shot was about 200 yards . I didn't get to see where in the leg it was removed . I can only assume it was against the leg bone . the leg was not broken .
