My 280 AI Jarrett shot the 168 FB TSX’s the best @ 0.00” believe it or not! No fliers, just rock solid consistency. So don’t always believe what they say, it would have saved a lot of time otherwise.

I wonder if Ruger uses the same barrel profile for the smaller caliber’s and/or enlarged them as they went up in sizes? This one looks like a #1. I would almost think they’d have too.

The Leica was just way too big due to the objective being 56mm, even in medium rings didn’t help. So I put a S&B Klassik 3-12x42 P3L I had for my 280AI when I needed a lit reticle for the Timber. Looks pretty good, but still a bit large for a tiny gun IMO.

Especially when I already have a bunch of scopes that all use a Picatinny Base. Most of them were never meant for a gun like this and would look terrible since it’s such a petit rifle. It truly needs something downsized to give it justice.
