I had two clients this year use the caliber, one on Antelope and the other on Mule Deer. Both animals never took a step. Both were Browning Hell’s Canyon rifles.

If your gun shoots the 180’s accurate, I wouldn’t worry about the 200’s. If you have a 375 and can shoot it well with 235’s or 260’s I would recommend that. I person used the .375 on my Grizzly. I definitely would feel comfortable with the 300 mag though.

Definitely a good deal for someone wanting a 375

I’ve used the 270 with 130 gr partitions on many elk, deer and plains game in Africa. Never an issue, you will be fine.
