Yep, makes a lot of sense. In Ca, we are closer to 10% and they even give the info on the number of points... IE most people get forked horns, and about 5 % get 3x3s or better. (6 points for WT hunters)... I use that data when talking to hunters about hunting my ranch. Hardpan
