I am trying to find information on rl 23 and rl 26 for the 280 AI with 168 Berger vld bullets. I would be grateful if someone would help me find a safe zone with the 2 powders for these bullets. Please and thank you

Folks shooting the 280ai My new custom rifle will be done in a couple days. I was planning on shooting rl26 out of it with 160 accubonds up to the 168 bergers. Is there a better powder for velocities? Not interested in temp UNstable powders.
