6.5 Grendel: bolt or AR

I am a 6.5 cartridge fan and have been considering buying a Grendel. I have narrowed it down to either a Ruger American Predator or a complete AR upper from Palmetto State Armory.

Does anyone have experience with either choice and/or the cartridge in general? What would be your suggestion(s)?

I have a CZ527 in 6.5 Grendel and a 18" Satern barrel on an AR platform.
Frankly the AR is more accurate than the bolt gun.
What the planned use will determine the choice.

Primarily target shooting as well as coyote and deer hunting.
