6.5x55 quick load request

Wondering if someone could run this for me please?? 6.5x55 lapua brass, cci br2 primer, h4831sc powder, 120 grain ttsx? And the same all of the above except for a 140sst bullet.

Also this will be fired in modern 6.5x55 sako 85 action. I know I will have to work up to it but what is an acceptable estimated max pressure in a modern action??

I have loaded quite a lot of 6.5 x 55 using the 140 gr SST and H4831SC powder. First off, my rifle is a CZ 550 FS, 20" barrel, which is a strong, modern version on the Mauser 98 action. So I am loading it a bit hotter then for the weaker M96 actions most reloading manuals load for.

I have settled on 50.5 grs H4831sc, 140 gr SST, either Fed or Rem brass, and cci 200 primers for 2740 fps with easy bolt lift, no ejector marks or any other obvious pressure signs except for flat primer. I get around 1.25 - 1.5", 3 shot groups with this load. I try to develop all of my loads in the hot Louisiana summer so that I am operating under worst case conditions. At 51.0 grs (2770 fps) I start getting some heavier bolt lift, and ejector marks on the brass and at 52.0 grs (2800 fps) I am getting definite pressure signs. Therefore, I have settled on the 50.5 grs as my max in this rifle. I have killed 20 plus deer with this combination without any issues.
 
My Sako 85 likes 140 AB with 48 gr of H4831 sc.
For 120 BT or 125 Partitions IMR 4831 works good.
140 AB is very accurate load and works very well on deer. My COAL is 3.1 for 140 AB with Lapua brass and CC2 primers. This brass last forever.
 
Thanks for the information everyone. Can't wait to get started. I will probably start with the ttsx. My rifle already loves the 140sst superformance factory load shoots about an inch best being 3/4". I have both bullets so I can always come back to the sst.
