Hey all! Just joined the forum to see if I can find some info on these.
Ordered 2 boxes of 123gr E-Tips for the 7.62x39mm intending to shoot them from a Ruger Ranch rifle. Has anyone loaded or hunted with these yet? If so, how did they perform for you?
I've got CFE BLK on hand, but could wait for RL-7 or anything listed in the Nosler data.

First of all, are the .308, or .310/.311?
Soviets measure bore diameter differently. they call it 7.62, but its not

Welcome aboard. Those are .310” they will work fine in your Ruger. My niece used to hunt with a Ruger mini-30 which had an .308” barrel. I only loaded 150gr SP for her.

Check Nosler's load data.
Thanks, but I can ascertain their diameter lol. Wondering if anyone has any info on actually using them.

Thank you!
My understanding is that a looser 308 barrel and a tighter 310 barrel are essentially the same barrel...which is borne out by shooting lots of 308 bullets through 7.62x39mm bolt actions that group very well.

They ain't mass produced, whacky toleranced third world AKs lol.
Really curious if anyone has actually used these.
