I think they got rid of the hinged floorplate, and are just using a dropout magazine. And I noticed the receiver is identical except the forward section of the front bridge does not carry the hex shape - it's rounded. I'm sure that's a cost saver, as they didn't have to match up the flats on the recoil lug to the receiver, or machine it all after the fact. It might be a good rifle. Remains to be seen how it looks/feels in fit and finish when it hits the shelves, and at what pricepoint they try to sell it. Browning could do well with an affordable rifle in their catalog.

I thought the X-bolt was their entry level rifle?
