Banner blocking login

Hi - hoping you can help. Using both IE and Chrome on three windows PCs and I keep running into andbiasue with the banner ad’s underlying link is triggered every time I try and login. The image from the banner keeps getting jumbo sized and I’m out of luck. I’m having to use a phone to get through. (It’s been like this for a long while and on multiple boxes)

Uninstall and reinstall web site and get a free Ad blocker like Ad Blocker Plus. if your running windows 10, IE could be your default browser causing the problem.
