Yesterday Maverick and I made a slow 3 mile camera-walk.

Managed to photograph a kingfisher. Normally they're too quick for me:

Very nice. Two of my favorite birds. My wife had never seen a kingfisher (that she knew what it was) until a few years ago. After I showed her one and told her where to look for them, she has seen them multiple times since.
