Not exactly sure what recipe the butcher used making these brats from my daughters boar, but they’re dang tasty..the misses made them
In the cast iron with sautéed peppers and onions and a side of fried taters..And of course a cold Yuengling to wash it down. I wish we would have had a larger portion of the hog made into sausages of varying types.
