Remember those 7up commercials where it's raining and no clouds in the sky.... ....well in '86 at Ruidoso, NM June 1st thru the 30th it rained like that almost the whole month. I told my cousin "this is where they filmed those commercials. The closest cloud was somewhere in the El Paso to Las Cruses (about 100 miles south as a crow would fly).
