Sold a nice old Ithaca 37, built in 1946. It was a good old gun, Dad and I used it. Dad used it pretty hard! Lots of ducks, geese, pheasants, dove, and other critters. Regulations prohibiting lead shot made it pretty much useless to me. I don't think it's been used in 15 - 20 years, so off it went.
Interestingly, but I wasn't real surprised, an outfit specializing in higher end shotguns bought it, I suspect that buttstock is going to be re-shaped, and used on something pretty nice...
