Was going crazy at the recipes I was finding.

Hornady manual maxes were less than the Hodgdon web site.. this data will help. Will let you know what works. Primed the cases last night.

i didn't see some i would have guessed would be there, and quite a few I wouldn't have expected.

Do you think it's because of the 40000Cup?

Examples of what i would have expected. Exterminator, H4198, IMR4198, RL7, RL10, maybe Tac...

I was happy to see H414/W760 there. the three i bolded, i have sufficient quantities I could develop loads and have them ready for 2022.

These propellants you mentioned make a steeper ignition curve. I believe they will work, but the others would likely give you a more sustained ignition. I'd be inclined to use what I have that is projected to work, using caution in working up the load. Here are tables for the propellants you specifically inquired about.

H4198 is really good with 300’s MJ. Very fast and quite accurate too. H’s top loads are a bit much for fun shooting but back in the day I used to run 300’s at 2325 from my Guide Gun. It was a handful but it shot like crazy.

I use H322 with the Nosler 300 gr BST for 2200 fps and well under MOA out to 300 yards. That load is a hammer on deer. Longest kill is 160 yards, DRT.

I got out with starting loads on RL7, H4198, and IMR4198. Of the three H4198 was closest. I managed to get a roaring sinus infection and I’ve been laying low low. Antibiotics helping. Should be back to the load dev next week.

Hard to go wrong with any of them. Right now I have a pile of 300 PT's loaded with RL7 in my rifle. Its just zeroed and ready to hunt. I think they run 2200 or so and I have no fears of using that rifle just about anywhere.
