Could I make a cheeky, not 100% Nosler request?

20" barrel, 1:20" twist, 44 mag lever action

Nosler 240gr JSP and Hornady 240gr XTP please.

It's not an issue of troubling. I'm uncomfortable with the data generated when compared to pressure-tested data available from Nosler and Hornady. I'll provide you a PM with the data generated. In the interim, here is a link to assist in working up your loads.

Hi @DrMike Thanks for being willing to do that.

What I think is odd with the Nosler data is the case capacity. Nosler lists the .44 mag case capacity as 22.4gr H20 - I measure mine at 38.86 and Wikipedia lists the capacity as 37.9 gr H20. (I calculate Useable case capacity as 24.2gr H20 with the 1.58" COAL)

I have a few issues with Nosler data (257 Roberts and E-tips - you seat to their suggested length and Ogive inside case mouth and problematic neck tension).
