I just saw these after reading an article in our local newspaper. These kind of perked my interest as I'm worried about spooking game when I hike in someplace in the dark to hunt and using my headlamp might spook game. I don't know. I'd have to try them out to see for myself. Thought I'd just make you folks aware of this product anyway and get your opinions on it. In heavy brush or deep snow they might not work so well but you can attach them higher up the boot or even up by your knees to allow more flexibility in using them. What do you folks think?

If I stand in the dark, my eyes acclimate a lot. Sometimes I use a red or green lamp. I can’t explain why, but with red, I magically avoid stepping on sticks. With green, I sometimes step on them.

Lights out if I can, else red or green.
