So this morning I finally got to work on some 7-08 factory seconds brass that I had gotten from SPS. Brass did not look bad at all. I attempted to run all pieces through a neck sizing die and one piece of brass would not fit in the shell holder. I closely examined the brass and it is definitely too big to fit in the shell holder and thus not usable. I know when buying factory seconds the quality is not going to be superb but has anyone experienced anything like this with SPS product?

Peterson brass has been an issue with my Hornady shell holder. As far as SPS #2 brass the only issue I found was with 7mm Rem Mag , 1 piece was all scratch up and the other 49 fine. When I mean scratch up , it was like someone chucked it up in a drill and used 80 grit sandpaper.
