JD, its an xbolt max long range. Not much of a story, abut 5hrs of hunting and i was done. came out chasing a doe from a willow choked slough bottom, 180yds frontal shot, he did a 5 step nose dive. no bullet recovery.

Excellent performance.
My buddy shot a crop damage doe last summer with his 33 Nosler and a factory loaded 265 gr ABLR at 40 yards quartering on and we found the bullet under the hide in the flank.
We were surprised that it didn't exit.

What a beautiful buck. I think that's what they call a toad, stud, tank. I don't know, I'd call him big. That is a great buck! Congratulations.

I'm not a guy that gets stuck on scores, I just appreciate good bucks for what they are. But if you get him scored I'd be interested in hearing what he grossed at just for a reference. He sure looks big.
