This sucker works. Prior I had a homemade vise with oak blocks , it worked for knocking loose nutted barrels. I could never hold a Howa/Vanguard until now.

Thanks for the review I'm looking at getting one for my Tikka's. With the Tikka apparently it's hard to get the factory barrel off but after that it's pretty easy to get them on and off. What action wrench do you recommend? I'm considering getting an internal wrench designed for the Tikka at the same spot that sells the Viper Vise.
