Just don't shot the center pivot system! Certain parts are hard to find and when found it cost an arm, leg, kidney and a few other body parts.

Record high snowpack is throttling our deer and elk this winter, glad yours is faring better
We have had a lot of snow, the herd there is at 3000 feet above see level. Snow line went up early this week but most the critters are doing well. The antelope I saw this morning are looking a little rough but they are eating now.

There are trade offs. 4.5 hours to Portland ( who cares) 3.5 to Boise, (Good Docs, Costco and an airport) The roads in and out of the valley frequently get closed during the winter; any big storm. It’s 4.5 miles from where I took the picture to the top of the mountain, maybe a little less. Often you can’t see the mountain in August due to wildfire smoke.
We love it here.

Still well worth the move.

My house sits at 4500 and these pix are at 5500 ish. The bulls got stuck in some rock cliffs by heavy snow and ice. But it’s happening all over the state. It’s just a heavy snow year for us and we haven’t had a good winter for awhile-it’s nature and it happens. Cars kill an awful lot of animals!

Yes, but how far to WinCo? :D

Our animals in Wy aren’t doing much better. One of the worst winters in may years.
