No, because they fit into the slot below. You are limited to the orientation of the slot and it's relation to the numbers on the cap.
I highly recommend the S1 turret if you want to have resettable zero. You can get it as MOA turret if you don't want the custom calibrated turret, and you can have either zero stop or no zero stop, but the zero stop limits you to 1 revolution of adjustment from the set point.
