Clark and I hopped in the Jeep and spent the afternoon on a little 30-mile trip along the Columbia. There was a break between snowstorms, and we took advantage of the great weather. Saw some elk, but they were too far for a decent photo. Temps were in the low 20's with very little wind, so it was a very pleasant afternoon for walking and sight seeing. Thought I'd share:

He' not much of a driver, but is always up for an outdoor adventure!

Sometimes I hunt mule deer, elk and black bear beyond that ridge:

Always fascinating to see Clark drive that Jeep.

As always, Guy, great pictures that stimulate the mind.

Well Clark isn't your average dog, he is a cut above the rest ;) I want to see him behind the 25-06 sometime soon

Beautiful country Guy it would be a joy to wander around out there.

Nice looking country Guy. Clark is quite the world traveler. Nice looking pooch who I'm sure enjoys the time out too.
