20oz. Koon Chun Double Black Soy Sauce
20oz. Worchestershier Sauce
3 tbl sp. Coarse Black Pepper McCormick’s
1 tbl sp. Garlic Powdr
1 tbl sp Onion Powder
3 tbl sp. Liquid Smoke
2 tbl sp. Salt
2-3 tbl Blackstrap Mollasses adds a little more flavor “Optional”
2 tbl sp Brown Suger adds a little more flavor “Optional”
2 tbl sp Chili Powder for a little bite you can experiment with this “Optional”
10-12 lbs. Thin Sliced Meat
Dip each slice of meat so both get equal amount. This makes a big difference. If two slices sticks together it makes a different taste. Try to get it equal on both sides very important.
Marinate Over Night
Put on dehydratior and don’t over dehydrate, it should bend like leather when bent over and only some of there grains break.
