Marinated breast of pheasant, sauteed in olive oil & garlic cloves, accompanied by asparagus, onion & bell pepper, and rice. Pretty nice meal last night!

The pheasant was very tender & tasty.

Guy, I would bet that it tasted as good as it looked :mrgreen:. My Son & I went for Pheasant last Saturday afternoon. We went for about a 3 mile jaunt seeing over 20 pheasant unfortunately they were all hens :twisted:!! Here in Saskatchewan you can only take roosters.
We hope to get out a couple of more times before the season ends on December 31st.
