Thought I'd share some of my culinary efforts this evening. I'm quite pleased with what popped out of the Traeger this evening. And Mama was definitely pleased.

Porchetta done to perfection and proscuitto wrapped asparagus.

Indeed, it was delicious, Jim. My first time to make porchetta, but it came out very good. Yeah, this will be something that I make again. I don't know that wrapping the asparagus with proscuitto is more tasty than using bacon, but it does have its own charm.
 
Guy, the leftover were still very fine yesterday.
