On March 12, 2019 my beloved wife of almost 50 years passed away after a long battle with dementia. We were were just 4 months shy of celebrating out 50th wedding anniversary. I could use some prayers during this hard time.
Thanks.
Paul B.

Paul,

That is hard to handle, I'm sure. I do pray God's kindness and mercy for you and all who knew your wife.

Hard news Paul. I wont pretend to have the right words and doubt there's much I could say to ease any pain at this moment. I'll just say that God will help you get through the times ahead, and I've already said a prayer prior to posting.

My condolences, Paul. May God bless you and your family.

I lost my Mom to dementia a few years ago at the age of 90, it is an awful disease. In many cases it is harder on the family and love ones than it is on the patient.

Again, praying for you.

Paul,

Prayers for you in your time of sorrow.
We lose them twice. First we lose them as they no longer know who we are and then we lose them physically.

I’m sending you a PM.

Vince

Paul, I can’t imagine. Nearly 50 years with your best friend and partner during most of your life is a tremendous blessing and loss at the same time. What you most be feeling, I cannot imagine. Sending prayers for comfort in the loss and joy in remembrance of being blessed with a beloved wife for nearly 50 years

Best to you, Mark
Ps, Paul, I’d call it 50 years.

Paul, adding my prayers to those posting before me. Sorry to hear of your loss. Try to focus on fond memories from the nearly 50 years of marriage. We must trust that the best is yet to come.. Eternal life for those of us who believe. Have Faith in God's promise, and Trust that we live a worldly life acceptable to Him when our time comes. Praying that God comforts you and your family during this difficult time. We never walk alone. Rol
