If you hadn't read or heard there was a shooting which involved 3 Naval personnel stationed at Fort Detrick MD.
The shooting occurred off base at a leased warehouse in a small industrial park a few miles off base.
The two Sailors who were shot are expected to live but the shooter who was a Naval Medic was killed after entering the base when stopped by DOD police and exited his car with a rifle believed to have been used in the shooting in his hands.
The shooter was identified as Fantahun Grima Woldesenbet and was 38 years old.
The victims names have not been released as has no other information as to why the Medic opened fire on his coworkers.
