Does anyone know what the true bc is of the 264 142g ablr and the 140g ab also the 338 225g ab? Thanks John.

Working with my 264 WM and the 142's, my limited testing is a realistic BC around .610-620 is working. At least for me out to 500.

Thanks Bbear, that sounds more realistic. Would it be the same for my 6.5-300 Wby? I read where the bc of the 129g ablr was correct as published.

BC can change based upon velocity. If my load with them in my 264 is 3200 and your load is 3500, you'll have a different (probably higher) BC than I do. Also, altitude can have an effect as well.

Brian Litz did check the BC's of these ABLR bullets . they published BC's are close , if you have the proper twist barrel to stabilize the bullet .

Elevation, barometric pressure, velocity, all effect a projectiles BC. The only way to be sure is chrono your load and shoot your drops.. in the conditions you hunt/target shoot

That is a scorcher right there. Looking forward to your load work on that one!

I am getting 3550 fps with the 127 TTSX with RL33. Took my antelope buck last year with the 6.5 Bee
