I shoot the 162 Amax from my 7wsm, similar BC and velocity. It's a hammer for a long, long ways.

I found that 70 or 71 grains of H-1000, with the Hornady 162 gr, BTSP gave me 1/5 moa. After shooting a couple of elk with that bullet , I was not happy with the performance, and used a similar load with the 160 AB.Those were not quite as accurate, but preformed better on game
