Finally got my hands on some rel 26. Have some berger 135 classic hunters and some 130 accubonds. Could someone run a guickload with those two bullets.

6.5 creedmoor
Nosler brass 52.2 capacity
Cci 200 primers
22 inch barrel
Coal 2.800
Reloder 26

135 classic hunters berger

130 accubonds
140 vld bergers

My h4350 120 bt load is shooting great so going to keep that one like it is. Want to try the heavier bullets with the rel 26.

Looks like you will be crunching some powder, I think you may want to go a little faster powder than RL 26.

I have h4350 to fall back on. Just going to give the rel26 a try for the velocity and see what happens. The folks that I have seen using are having great luck with it.

The Petersons brass has quite a bit less capacity and weighs quite a bit more than Hornady. It's actually heavier than Lapua too. I could only get 46grs of R-26 under a 147gr ELD-M in the Petersons brass before it was pretty compressed. 47gr was showing pressure in the Lapua brass and my dad loaded all the way to 49grs in the Hornady brass and still didn't have pressure signs.

How are you liking the brass? Yes it is a lot heavier than the nosler and hornady brass. What kind or velocity and accuracy have you seen with the r-26 verses h4350?

I've barely shot my Creedmoor. I bought Lapua brass and was piercing primers with my large firing pin. I got the Peterson brass in last week but haven't shot it yet.

Man, I'll tell you what, even having a Swede, I think I'd still find a little usage out of a 6.5 CM.. Cannot beat the availability of components and the ability to make it in a nice little package.
