It's hard to judge your actual speed without a chronograph. I can only give you a rough estimate.
Cartridge : .308 Win. (SAAMI)
Bullet : .308, 150, Nosler PART SP 16329

Thanks for that. I'll check it on a chrony when I get time and weather.
It's curious, on the Nosler load data site it shows 48 gr IMR 4064 as max, running 2920 fps. That Quick Load says 46.8 as near max, 47.74 as over max dangerous. The Hodgdon data page says 47.7 as max for a 150 gr BT.
The 46.8 gr load didn't seem real jumpy, even out of that butt ugly short barrel rubber stock rifle....can you tell why I named it Mud Turtle ?
