Thank You Doctor. Man, if I could get 3200 fps with the 130 AccuBond from that stubby 22" barrel I'd be amazed.

The new powders are a game changer. You may just get that without breaking a sweat.

You aren’t kidding. 26 is one versatile powder.

I just picked up two 1 Lb. cans from Powder Valley. It appears they are the only ones presently having it in stock. I'm looking forward to trying it out in my .300 Win Mag.

You'll get that Bruce, then some if you want with RL26 !
Try those 150 ABLR with it, you will see 3K if you stand on it.
In either case RL 26 powder will take your standard 270, and transform it right
Into a "270 LT Magnum" instantly (y)
Good Luck
E

I'm not sure if I'll try the ABLR but I've already fired off a couple of 150 partitions and have exceeded 3000 fps without pressure signs. I'm going to do ladder tests on the 130 AccuBond and the 150 and 160 partitions. Maybe by then the weather will be straightened out so I can go to the range and shoot some groups.
