8 Mag?

What powder is working well for you with 180 grain bullets ? I have some Ballistic Tips and E-Tips I want to send down range.

I’d bet 7828 is a good one if you have it.

Wanted one of those 8mm Rem Magnums real bad for a while. I had a 6mm Rem, and a 7mm Rem magnum, and figured that the 8mm could be my "big" rifle - but - never bought one.

Interested in your handloading results, as well as results on targets & game.

No first hand experience, but a few months ago I was chatting with a fella at the range that was shooting his, and he was using 4831. And if memory serves it was doing very well. Can't recall if it was Hodgdon or IMR, though. Pretty sure it was with 180 NBT's..Aside from 7828, I'd also be keen to try Retumbo and RL-25
