Can't see something on the Nosler book, and Hodgdon website seen really low. Can someone have a good starting load and max load for it. Thank you ?

300 wm

Hodgdon shows 72.0-77.0 @ 3.340 for a 300 WM and probably for good reason. I would start there and work up as you find what suits your particular setup

just surprise a lighter bullet need less powder than an heavier one. The 210 are 75 to 79...

Bearing surface, bullet construction etc all play a role in that.

Probably. But I will try my ABLR at 3.40 (.06 than SAAMI) first

if the result wont go really better, I'll start develop for the 200 standars

What length do they need to be to feed from the mag

On Nosler's site it says to load them (ABLR) to SAAMI max length (3.340) and that is where they find the best accuracy.
