7mm 165 grain Sierra Gamechanger

I bought a box of these last week for my 7mm Rem Mag, whenever it gets finished. Looking to get between 2900-3000 from my 24" Shaw barrel.

Anyone have a good load developed? Any on game performance to share?

Very interesting!
Back in the late 90's I had a Remington 700 LSS in 7MM Rem Mag and hunted with the Federal Premium 165 SGK ammo. It shot better than 1/2 MOA in that rifle and accounted for elk, moose and mountain goat.
Would like to try this new Gamechanger in my 280 Rem or 7MM STW.

Yeah my barrel still hasn’t arrived at the smith yet so still probably a few weeks out minimum.

I have always thought that 160/165 Gameking to be a near ideal bullet for 7mm Rem Mag and the like. A couple of guys used that factory load you mentioned to take a cow elk on our ranch this year. Two shots, two elk. I was looking for the regular gamekings when I came across these. I also have some ABLRs in 168 grain to try.
