What brand of bullets are these?

.308 165 Hollow point boat tail

They have round bases which I have not seen before.

Looks like they are pull down bullets from the marks on them. But don't know the brand since I haven't seen anything like them either.

Best I can come up with is that it's a Hemispherical bullet. Seems they are used in Europe for hunting.

The hemispherical base looks nothing like the Scenar base.

How about IMI ,Israeli Munition Industry target bullets. Just saw them at Wiedner's.
