Anyone else having trouble finding Varget? Checked 7 stores within 2.5 hours driving time and only 2 had some. Looked on some websites and all out of stock? Is it like RL26 and H4350? Dan.

We're probably checking the same stores, but yeah, I can't find it either..Also can't find 8208 and 4831sc anywhere.

I bought an extra lb of Varget and of RL15 yesterday at a LGS. They bought a ton (well maybe not quite) of it for a promotional day a year or so ago and still had a little. H4350 and H4831sc on the other hand no such luck.

Ya, I've got plenty, because past shortages have taught me to stock up on loading components I use frequently. I've got a couple of 8 pound jugs of Varget, and couple more of H4350 because I don't like running out of those powders.

When it's readily available again, I'll likely spring for another 8 pound jug of each.

I bought an 8lb jug at Survival Supply in Princeton,WV which was all that they had. Trader Jerry's in Tazewell, VA had some 1 lb. of Varget.

I'm smack in the middle between Survival Supply in Princeton and Trader Jerry in Claypool Hill.. Survival supply generally has a good supply of just about anything, but he's pretty proud of his stuff. But not so much to stop me buying from him..Another good place is New River Sports on I-81 a few miles north of Wytheville toward Roanoke. He has a decent supply of stuff and fair prices. I didn't stop there for years because I though it was just river sports because of all the canoe's and kayaks outside lol....

Yes he is proud of his stock but supply and demand I guess.

Far as I know at least the 1 lb cans are available around here, at least they were, but according to you all maybe I need to check. Didn't realize it was getting hard to get all of a sudden.
