I have a Kimber ProVarment 22-250, with a 1-14 twist. Has anyone used a 60 grain Partition bullet in a 1-14 and what results with stability?

I tried 60 grain Ballistic Tips in a 14 twist 22-250 AI. They wouldn't stabilise. The rifle worked well with 55 grain Ballistic Tip Varmint. Not exactly what you were looking for, but perhaps helpful.

I found a load in a M700 VLS 22-250 1:14" twist with the original 60 gr PT design. Nosler changed the ogive on the current version and it would not shoot.
What I found that shoots lights out is the 64 gr BSB (Bonded Solid Base). It also penetrates 5 water jugs when pushed at almost 3400 fps.

I have had the same results in my Rem. 700 22-250. It shoots the 64. Gr. BSB very well. That bullet will do everything the Partition will imo. Good luck!

I just fired 2 rounds @ 225 yards, dead on and 1 inch apart so looks like stabilized in the Kimber

Sounds like you are good to go.
Welcome to the forum.

What was the distance to the jugs?

Thanks,
