The little 22cal Partition was found in the 4th jug. It weighed 43.6g (retained 72% of its original weight) and expanded to .433". It is next to a .25 cal Partition in these pictures.

That's pretty darn impressive for just a little guy! I sure bet that would work on a deer or antelope! Nice job!

ya i would agree! I wanted a more stout bullet for that purpose and I think this is the ticket! just need to work on accuracy :)

I wish you could find more 22-250 caliber rifles that had a 12 twist or faster to stabilize the 60 grain Partition. I would use it for speed goats and deer for sure.

I really like that bullet but it doesn't like the 1:14 twist in my 22-250.
I did put one length wise through a coyote, pretty impressive penetration.

I have been impressed how well they work on whitetails. Accuracy is not great out of my 22-250 but good enough for deer size game.

They worked really well out of my old Savage and should work well in the TC with a 1-12" twist. Still gotta test them. Scotty

I have a whole box of them loaded up, just need to get them to the range! Scotty

I have not been able to get these to shoot well out of my 1 in 12 Encore. Best load I've been able to come up with has been 1.75" at 100yds. Just not what I expect or desire from this gun and for this purpose.

If I want to shoot a deer with a 22-250 I want it to be able to hit the pupil in the eye I'm aiming at. I have some 53gr TSXs rdy to launch but just can't find the time. :(

That would prove interesting in an Encore,,,,maybe in a 225 Win.
I shouldn't have read this,,,,,,wallet is getting nervous
Normally that would be awefully light for my liking,,,but still be fun to have.
Hmmm, Pac-Nor 3 groove or polygonal :?:
