I shot some groups with IMR4350 and H100V. It did not seem to care for the IMR4350 so much but H100V showed some promise. 44.0 grs gave me 3240 fps average of three shots with a 13/16" group c-c at 100 yards. The first two were in one hole. Not sure if the last was me relaxing the rear bag, or might improve seating it just a bit deeper. I'm going to load it again with this OAL and .010 deeper to see what happens. 43.5 grs. was okay at 1 1/4" c-c and 3212 fps. 44.5 didn't care for, and 45.0 I called the second one. Might try it again as it didn't show any pressure signs and if I concentrate a bit better, it might do well, but I think the 44.0 I need to play with.
I placed a new 2x10 on the ground to set the jugs on and the ground was pretty darn flat here. I just wanted to make sure I could get them nice and tight and lined up good. Mayhem on the first shot.
Second shot into the jugs with one more bullet just to see consistency did this!  :!: That is just how it looked when I walked down to inspect things and find my AccuBond. WOW
Found in jug number 4. 3240 fps at muzzle, .506 diameter, 44.0 grs., 48.8 % retention.
Found in jug number 4. 3240 fps muzzle, .485 diameter, 46.2 grs., 51.3 % retention.
I think I just need to do some practice now at 400 and 500 yards and find a bit larger plastic jug of some type so I can catch some at those distances to see how they do. I have a 30-06, a 25-06, 300 WSM, and a couple 6mm's that need to be tested at the longer distance. I could probably skip the 300 WSM as it's shooting the same bullet essentially, just a bit heavier. Besides, I have to play with the load for that one anyway to get it tweaked to perfection first anyway. Oh the work!
