Pulled this from the 4th jug today. Weighed 42.8. Pretty accurate little bullet in my boys 243 as well.

I like that. I am working with a young lad who is building some loads for a .243. We opted for 100 grain PT and 90 grain E-Tip for his working loads, but I believe the AB would work just as well.

Yeah, out of those three you can't lose. Up in your area, the ET would probably work really well. Might have to give them a try if I ever see any for sale. Seem like well made bullets.

YUP I am driving them over 3450 from my 240 Bee. They work just fine.

Yeah, I would like to pile drive a coyote or something with one. They are super accurate in my son's rifle.

Nice test man. I gotta try the 90 AB in my 6mm Remmy. I'm burning 75 BTs in it now for coyote, but want to go to a dual purpose bullet that works for deer and dogs. I think I can knock down about 3200 FPS with the 24" pipe.

Yeah, I would think so Joe. I would think it would be real easy. Only a 20" barrel on my son's rifle, so it is a little limited, but it shoots well. I'd go 22-23 if I was to ever rebarrel it though.

Scotty,
Thanks for the QL data. I need to find some RL 17/19 for that 6mm. Looks like it's the hot ticket.
Joe

Scotty,

Looks great. That will do the trick on WT deer.

Here are some shots taken with a reduced load. Speed is probably around 2300 or maybe a little more.. Bullet looks real good to me..

So if you were using your 3072fps load with these ABs, you're looking at your terminal performance @ 300-325 yds. Very nice. Never saw a deer in any of my years that could walk away from that!

Perfect bullet for that cartridge in my eyes.
