Hey all. Thought I'd post a group pic of some 270 Win bullets. I spent some time busting jugs this summer in preparation for a mule deer hunt. Water filled milk jugs set at 100 yards. All of the 130 grain bullets were launched with the same charge of 55 grains of Imr 4350.

Left to right...130 A-Bond, 130 Old school Grand Slam, 130 Hornady Spire point, 130 Tipped Trophy Bonded. On the end is the 110 TTSX. Launched with 58 grains of rl17.

Not super scientific, but a good representation of the different characteristics.

Great test. Thank you OtterSix. That Tipped TBBC is a good darned bullet!

Beautiful representation. All the TBBC I ever used were superb. Haven't had the opportunity to use the Tipped TBBC yet, but I have no doubt it will work perfectly when I do use it.
